Dr. Shawna Clark, ND comes from a background of outstanding academic achievement including a Bachelor of Arts with Honours at York University with a dedicated interest in Medical Anthropology and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Clark has clinical experience in all the naturopathic modalities with further training in trigger release therapy, Cosmetic Acupuncture and Homeopathy for Animals. Her special medical interests lie in acupuncture, botanical medicine and lifestyle support. Dr. Clark gained invaluable experience in creative solutions during her term at the Anishnawbe Health Centre in downtown Toronto. Dr. Kim Macanuel, BSc (Hons), DC

Chiropractor
Dr Macanuel did her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen's 
University.  She graduated with top honours in 2000.  She then attended 
the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she was on the 
Dean's list and graduated in 2004.

Since graduating Dr. Macanuel has devoted her time to working with families
to optimize their health and wellness.  She has also worked with athletes 
with sports injuries, patients with work related injuries, and motor vehicle
accidents.  In addition, Dr Macanuel is proficient in foot and gait
analysis. Through gentle hands-on procedures her objective is to restore
function to enable her patients to maximize their goals.

Helen Harris, RMT

Helen is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic. She began her educational journey at the University of Toronto, completing her undergraduate degree in psychology before deciding to enroll in massage school. Helen is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as well as a member of the Ontario Massage Therapist Association. Helen enjoys working with people and strives to offer each individual the best, most effective, and safe care she can. She is a very compassionate and empathetic practitioner who works hard to make each client feel at ease. Helen is committed to her continuing education so that she is able to offer her clients the best treatments possible.

Lindsay is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School and is a registered massage therapist. After working in a corporate health service environment and further embarking in the healthcare profession as a dental assistant, Lindsay felt it was time for a change to a career that held a deeper meaning. She was drawn to massage therapy because it gave her an opportunity to help others on their healing journey. Lindsay has received training in muscle energy techniques, reiki, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and pregnancy massage.

Ariel Garten has a degree in Psychology/ Neuroscience from the University of Toronto, Masters of Neurolinguistic Programming, and training in Gestalt Psychotherapy. She has worked as a neuroscience researcher at the Playfair Neuroscience Institute.

 

She is committed to getting the most from life and helping her clients do the same in a caring yet direct manor. Ariel works with a range of clients dealing with Tourrettes and depression, physical ailments like chronic pain, Crohns and infertility, or those who have met a roadblock in life’s highway.
